Cedric HItchon, Don Stiles, Ian Halladay at CFNS’s 60th anniversary.
At our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday December 15, long-time Nature Calgary members Cedric Hitchon, Don Stiles, and Ian Halladay cut a special cake in honour of our 60th anniversary. The Calgary Bird Club was incorporated in December 1955, and subsequently changed its name to Calgary Naturalists’ Society, then Calgary Field Naturalists’ Society. The trade name Nature Calgary was adopted in 2004.
