Starting in September 2013, Nature Calgary’s monthly Speaker Series general meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of each month, rather than the traditional Wednesday. (Fort Calgary will be unavailable due to renovations).
We have booked Cardel Theatre, in the southeast area of Quarry Park. This fabulous new theatre-style hall has been made available to non-profit organizations at very low cost by Cardel Foundations. Because of this, the Cardel Foundation would appreciate donations of non-perishable food for the Calgary Food Bank, placed in their Food Bank Box in the theatre lobby.
Cardel Theatre’s address is 180 Quarry Park Blvd SE, a short distance south of Carburn Park. There is ample free parking.
Driving directions to Cardel Theatre: On Deerfoot Trail, take the EAST Glenmore Trail exit. After you cross the Bow River, take the next exit (18 St. SE) and head south. At the 5th intersection, turn left onto Quarry Park Blvd SE, and then left again into the parking lot circle. Park in the parking area for CARDEL. Map
