The University of Calgary’s senior class in Environmental Science will be hosting an open house to present the results of 8-months studies on a variety of ecosystem functions in the eastern slopes of the Rocky Mountains. Studies include McLean Creek riparian bioengineering, harvesting effects on soils and run-off, Haig Glacier melt, air pollution and forest carbon. The open house takes places Tues, April 17th, 1-4 pm at the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning (Hall A, B, C) at the University of Calgary.
