Nature Kids is a nature-focused program for kids and their families. Created by Nature Alberta, Nature Kids creates opportunities for children to enjoy being outside, learn about the natural world and explore their backyards with scientific investigation and environmental stewardship.
Nature Kids is aimed for children between the ages of 4 and 12. Families are welcome to join all events.

City Nature Challenge: 2019 "Scavenger Hunt" for Saturday, April 27 from 10:00 to 12:00 PM at Inglewood Bird Sanctuary, 2425 9 Ave S.E., Calgary. Nature Kids: Who Am I? Put your detective skills to the test as you use clues and fun facts to investigate Alberta's amazing wildlife. This will be an indoor, games-based activity. Cost for our program participants will be provided. During the event, families who wish to see the exhibits may pay the admission fee or explore the nature park around the centre.
