DESCRIPTION:The outing on August 10 for Common Mosses and Liverworts of Calgary with Sandra Davis has been moved to the Douglas Fir Sanctuary in the Wood’s Home area of Bowness. Sandra checked out the planned area in Griffith Woods and decided to change the location. To get to the site\, follow Bowness Road\, turn left at 48 Avenue NW\, continue ahead for a couple of blocks until you reach the Wood’s Home gate. We will park and meet near the gate and access the park from above.
