DESCRIPTION:In accordance with by-law 2.2 of Nature Calgary’s by-laws the board hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday\, November 16th\, 2022 starting at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom platform. The link to this meeting will be provided closer to the date of the AGM. \nThe AGM will provide for the election of new board members (two year terms)\, the presentation of the audited financial statements of the society and the president’s report. \nThere will be a number of vacancies on the board open for election. These include vice-president\, treasurer\, volunteer coordinator and field trip coordinator. An expertise in fund raising would also benefit the board.
