DESCRIPTION:Noteworthy & Rare Birds during the Covid Pandemic\nPresenter: James Fox \nJoin James Fox\, co-editor of the Prairie Province Region for North American Birds\, and an Alberta eBird reviewer\, to discuss the rare & noteworthy birds observed in Alberta during the covid pandemic. Also learn about North American Birds\, a quarterly journal published by the American Birding Association. NAB is a longstanding journal of ornithological record for birders. The journal’s mission is to provide a snapshot & document the ever changing panorama of North America’s bird life. In addition to rare and uncommon birds we document early/late arrivals\, population trends\, range expansion/contraction\, habitat loss\, out of range birds\, high/low numbers of expected species and even include the occasional interesting aberrant plumaged bird.
